What is the PROCESS?

If your financial circumstances has improved and you are no longer over indebted it is our responsibility to educate you with your options of being removed from Debt Review.

To have you listed under debt review would be unfair and breach the spirit of the National Credit Act

  • If you paid up all your debt we can assist with a clearance certificate and update the credit bureaus accordingly.
  • If your debt is not paid up and you are currently on the following debt review status A ,C or D3 we can assist with a no longer overindebted application on the condition that your financial circumstances have improved and you do not have arrears on your accounts. If you have a granted order in place the courts will no longer allow the consumer to be removed from debt review until your debt is paid up .

    How long dows the debt review removal take?

    The debt review process can take 3 to 6 months depending on the individual case.

    What documents are required for debt review removal?

    Complete debt removal applications, copy of ID, Proof of residence, 3x months bank statement and payslip.
